Brought back from France approximately 50 years ago, and over the years has suffered some damage, but a delightfully decorated vase that stands some 32 cm high by 58 cms at it's greatest circumference.
The vase has stood as centerpiece in our bedroom as far back as I can remember, It's colours are as vibrant now as the day it was made.
There are markings on the base, which I cannot fully read, but seems like a signature or the like, along with a possible number.
Would love to know more about what has been with us for so long.
The signature is Cerart Monaco. I'm not familiar with them but here are a few sites showing some pieces for sale:
