1908 Pattern AT&T 18x18" flange with ING-RICH logo

Odd AT&T 18x18" flange sign. This pattern seems as if it would be common, given all the similar fakes out there that use the same design. It is actually very hard to find a 1908 logo without the border around the edge, or that do not have a white field below the AT&T logo featuring a telco name. What makes this particular sign especially unusual is the addition of "ING-RICH BEAVER FALLS PA. 100 WM NY" to the lower right of the AT&T logo.
