      I would say made from Lucite. I don't see a line around the inside which would mean it was a modern plastic bracelet. I have a Lucite bangle collection. They come in all colours, sizes, some carved, some with rhinestones, some are clear with "confetti" inside. There are some good examples in this CW article:
