Mother of Pearl Wood Jewelry/Keepsake/Trinket Box

A friend of mine found this a little bit ago in an old abandoned house... Don't ask! Haha! Super creepy vibes... But super cool to not deal with! ;)

Looks handmade...
Ornate MOP abalone inlay
Mosaic seashell
Red velvet lining
Even the bottom is great!! :)

Possibly Syrian...?
