I only assume this is a golfing tool for cleaning spikes in shoes. Any info appreciated. Measures approximately 3 inches from top tip to bottom bristles. Tip appears to be brass. Circumference at widest is 5 3/4 inches.
This is a spinning top toy. I do not know why the bristles. Perhaps it is a modification by a previous owner.
Did finally solve. It's a Vintage Swedish Golf Ball cleaner, cleat, club brush.
