Here is a well-made necklace with lots of rhinestones. I the white petals are made of a hard plastic, I think lucite, that has been faceted. The hang tag has a large "T" on it which resembles the T on Tara jewelry, which I know nothing about.... but it could be a different maker altogether.
Any insights are greatly appreciated.

It has a lobster claw clasp. Couldn't get the picture to load last night.

Ha, racer4four! I ended up gifting this to a pregnant friend. I thought necklaces always fit.
I found a piece yesterday with this T mark. I agree it appears to match the Tara T.
For future reference, this T mark is from Talbots.
