Some time ago I posted a silver bookmark in the shape of an owl, and now I found another one! Actually, these silver bookmarks are not terribly rare, and they can be found in various forms (flowers, hearts, butterflies etc.), but I prefer the owls. Below the feet of the owl, there are some tiny marks –three crowns in a circle and an ‘s’ in a hexagonal shape. This is a Swedish silver stamp.
On the third picture you see the Swedish owl with the other one I have, both guarding a page in an old book (some of Cicero’s speeches, from 1726).
Length: 8.5 cm.
Owls are some of my favorite people! These two are cute.

Well, unfortunately not much use on my kindle! But I love them anyway and will probably buy another one if I come across one that's not too expensive. I suppose they also make good gifts for book-lovers!
