Art Nouveau lady sculpture

This item is a Fleming Ware number 24486 and I'm trying to find out as much as I can about Elaine Fleming and her brother Paul Fleming, it is a beautiful art Nouveau lady sculpture with very fine details and very lifelike features, I'm not able to find out very much about Elaine and Paul Fleming from the internet, this piece weighs about 25 pounds and has been encased very carefully by Prestige Gallery in Palm Desert, Ca. Any information i can get on this piece or the siblings, Elaine and Paul Fleming would be appreciated. Thank you.
