This glass brooch is from vintage shop and I would like to know more about the maker. Does anyone have a link to the website with glass makers marks?

Well, it appears to have a signature at the bottom but I just can't make it out...don't know if the other mark is STR or something else....aaagh!

Grrr. Cannot find anything. Nor in Czech language.
Ha! Found something now.
They say in the links that this type of brooch is called "Brusel" and it is some commemorative piece from 1960s ( Expo 58 ).
