Panduro clay figurine - please, help determine age and whether it's authentic

Hi, I've acquired this figurine at an estate sale - she was standing next to books which were over 100 years old. She is so beautiful and enigmatic. Black holes instead of eyes.. Panduro in the stamp on the bottom.. I would sincerely appreciate any information about this figurine or suggestions on where I can get that information.
