Bedroom set came with Armoire, Full bed, two end tables, dresser (not sure I would call it that since it only has one big shelf in lower area) and a chair with caned seat. It looks like Art Nouveau style but can anyone tell me if they have seen this design or anything else about it.

Hi, your set is German Art Nouveau, called Jugendstil.
Bedroom & dining sets were very popular.
& your dresser is actually a wash stand. There would have been a big jug & basin + all your toiletries on it. That's why it has a marble top.
End tables are pot cupboards. Yep, you put your chamber pots in the large cupboard in the bottom. (They are particularly nice BTW, with the jugendstil (youth movement) cut outs.
