I cannot make out the word on the back. Looks like Saphron. This is my favorite piece with the emerald green glass in the middle! Beautiful!

From the picture it looks like it says Saracov. Just a guess lovely piece.
I thought it said Sarah Cov (Sarah Coventry), but couldn't tell. I found this on a website under a listing for her piece from 1964 called "Kathleen". There is a set of earrings to match. Would love to find those to complete the set.
I have seen this brooch with matching earrings sold in an original Sara Coventry box as a hostess gift (ebay)
