This vase was bought by my grandfather just after the second world war. He found it in a second hand shop, and it was full of flies. There was a matching vase that had a handle, but he could only afford one. It stands approximately 27 inches high. Any info is greatly appreciated :-) Thank you in advance for any comments.

Definitely Satsuma and very nice large piece. Many of the large ones were drilled and turned into lamps. Nice to see one in such good condition.
