I have not been able to find anything out about these pictures. They are both signed Abraham Callo or Gallo Sanchez. They are on a pretty thick older looking paper. Has anyone heard of him or can tell me anything about the pictures?

Yep she is a Quechuan indian girl with traditional headwear in Cuzco style. Probably a street artist. Here's the head wear:
