Victorian yellow Peloton glass stick vase

This Victorian Peloton glass stick vase is made from three layers of cased glass - clear over yellow, with a white interior. The applied Peloton threads in pink, blue, yellow, & white stand out a bit from the surface. It measures 18 cm tall, 1.7 cm across the cut top rim, & 5 cm across the base, which does not have a pontil mark. Possibly Bohemian.
