Halbmond und Krone 800 Silver Sugar Spoon Thrift Shop Find, A Buck

I scrounged this from the same shop where I bought my Bakelite intercom phone and articulated sterling cross. It was somewhat tarnished, which caused the shop staff to think it was plated. I looked up the mark but am not able to narrow down when this spoon was made, as that particular mark spans over many years. Weighs 22 grams. The etchings appear to have been done by hand.
