Antique Mother of Pearl Fountain Pen

I originally bought a small box with old fountain pens in it. All of the pens, except this one, I was able to research and figure out what I had. There were some unique ones in the box. But this gorgeous fountain pen eludes me. The nib only reads "14k Filled", no company names. And the pen appears to have mother of pearl inlay. Any help with identifying would be appreciated. The only thing that looks like it might be a mark, is the imprint on the clip on the cap.
