    I adore this 1929 Singer sewing machine. My son in law reconditioned it and it sews like melted butter. It has its original case. It is sitting on top of my mother in law's 1940's machine that I'll share in the future. It is an eBay purchase that completed my goal of owning a functioning machine from each decade in the 1900's.

      Your machine is a model 99, from a batch of 10,000 commissioned August 21 1929, at the Elizabethport factory in NJ.
