Small Hand Painted Bristol (?) Glass Vase

I believe that this is a vintage or possibly antique glass vase. It is translucent when held to the light.

The glass looks to me like Bristol glass. I have searched for some time but have not come across anything close.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
