Made in Orillia, Canada by Otaco Co. Early Minnitoys simple stamping and litho. Wood wheels and lever to lift and lower front blade are the only features. Has tow hole at rear for wagon or scraper attachment. Approx 8 inches long. Small toy compared to the Minnitoy trucks that the company is most known for. Not bad shape for toy of 65 years old. has some serious paint flaking that occurred around seat area, but otherwise decent to display with my other Minnitoys.
