Caldwell Clock

I was just wondering if any one knows anything about this type clock. All I know is that the manufacture's(?) name (J.E.Caldwell, Philadelphia) is on the face, and an Aunt gave it to me, many years ago.
About two years ago the pendulum suspension spring broke, and I had to replace it. I've been able to adjust it to, plus or minus, one minute per week.
Also, due to wear on the chime cog, it can only strike 11 times.
The terms I use are my own invention, since I have no idea what the correct terms are.
Any information (including correct terminology) would be gratefully received.
