I am going to go with end of day paperweight. It looks like someone took the last end bits of the canes and made them into a paperweight. It is an awesome one. It measures 2.75" x 3". it has a satiny finish and plenty of color. The middle looks like a Vaseline, but am not sure. Do not know the date or manufacturer. Enjoy!

The Colors!
There is another one under the paperweights that is almost the same. I couldn't believe it, I got this about twenty or so years ago.
