All,
A gorgeous teal blue cabochon and clear rhinestone necklace. I love the pendant part of the piece the best, obviously it demands your attention. I also like the cabachons that dangle from the pendant
No missing stones, but some are darkened
Not Juliana for sure (thanks Ms.CrystalShip). Another to add to my 'no maker' area.
The necklace would have looked so much better against a white background..lol.

Thanks Karen and Ken!! It certainly doesn't 'skimp' on the embellishments. OK, ladies and gents, outside of a glamorous gold or teal gown, what could get away in pairing the necklace with something slightly more casual?
I feel like I'd almost need a super dressy (for the time) Scarlett O'Hara type ball gown. It's fun to look at though!
Just to say the only cabochon is the one in the middle. The stones that dangle, are teardrop dangles.
Thanks Ms.CrystalShip - the back should have given it away to me as not D & E. I don't think D & E would have attached the necklace to the pendant in the way this one is which to me shouts 'inexpensive option chosen'.
Gillian, thanks for the clarification. I wasn't sure what to call them...the "dangles".
