Found this older lamp earlier in the Summer. It was a whole dollar...LOL.
I can not find any marks on it, and it has felt on the bottom which I did not want to pull off. Not sure if the Shade is original to it or not, but it is an old fiber Glass one. This is about 17 inches tall with the Shade. Looks hand painted......and I just like it.....LOL.

I don't think you have the right shade for the cute lamp. As you got the lamp for nearly nothing you can have fun looking for a more proper shade.Thanks for sharing!

Maybe I should remove the felt....to see if they say anything under it. Like these ones here:
