What do you see in this Piece?.........Purchased this cool, Oil painting in Connecticut on a road trip, done with stipple work "tiny dots help make up the piece." Painting measures at 24 X 36 , Signed Mortimer B.W. Dated 1969 on the back board.
Artist is Barbara W. Mortimer 1926-1993 Connecticut. Her and her husband both where artist.
High Society, Fashionista, Her collection of Clothing displayed in Museum Exhibitions .
