    Found this huge Famille Rose vase recently in an Antique Store. It's 17 inches tall and very wide. Beautifully painted with lots of gold accents. Maybe from around 1840 but not sure. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Famille Rose is French for "Rose family" but the Chinese called these: "Foreign colors". These were export pieces....

      nice , actually your question is is this daoguang , i think it is guanghu , but you got of compensation by means of the plied rim
