I call it my "Seagull in Flight" because that's what I see when I look at this pin/brooch.

Beautiful brooch. I love mexican jewelry. Even if vintage it is so modern and classy. The photo of the birds really highlights your post and makes me see exactly what you mean! The inlay could be onyx if the black parts are stone and not enamel?
Taxco has great silver pieces. A definite favorite. The brooch is lovely.
