Recent thrift shop find that my research points to 'plated amberina'. Not your typical form that shows up on Google!! Any ideas??

Hi,
Your bowl is 'cased glass'. As you can see from the link it can also be called, among other things, 'plating'.

Your bowl has been enhanced using the casing, and as you can see, the designs will be seen on the inside of the bowl.
