Went to one of my favorites thrift stores today and found this cool book. It is antique from 1913 and has 77 maps, 21 plans and 14 panoramas etc. Maps are colorful and really neat.

Books have always been one of my important loves, this one is fantastic !
Mine too, Phil :). I love old books- they have so much character and it’s like holding a piece of history! This one is really unique with all the fold outs.
Travel guides are awesome, especially Baedecker. I so want one!

I love these old Baedekers guides. Whole worlds contained in red wraps. I have 6-7 of them , and love to look at the maps, and read the descriptions. Nice find.
What is really neat is that they list prices of what the traveler should expect to pay and leave in tips!
