Got this Antique Silver or Silver Plated Basket with Pedestal 4" There are Rhinestones attached to both sides in a Deco shape. Marks on bottom are C.R 467 Have no idea what this stands for or what the item was used for? Thinking this could be Art Deco?

Could it be possible that it says CP and not CR. CP could stand for Canadian Pacific, but then CR could stand for Canadian Railway. Sorry - confusing aren't I. I don't know the dimensions but it could be a bread basket/bowl - the railroads had some pretty fancy dining cars.
