This item is 13.5 " tall, and is in very nice shape. It is a fogged glass. There are no marking on this piece. I am just trying to figure out. what it is and who made it. I picked it up at an estate sale. Did i do good?

It is a decanter. You did good. Several West Virginia glass makers made that style of stopper. It doesn't appear to be Pilgrim, based on the appearance of the pontil mark.
Might be Blenko. Is there a mark on the bottom?
Moved to another device and took a closer look at your image. Doesn't appear to be a mark.
