    Hello, This appears to be made of brass with a nickel plating.I am wondering if it may have a medical.or, dental tool application? Or a generic tool holder? Seems like this is very well made, no visible markings.Thanks in advance, Lou

      I have had similar handles that were medical but it could also be part of some kind of food processing equipment.
