    I would love to know more about this, if anyone has info, such as what it depicts, the era, etc. It is a small, plastic brooch. The man doesn't have arms, but it looks like it was always this way.

      He;'s a 1930's 'Dandy' for sure. I thought maybe a jockey, now not so sure. Is he in black face? Hard to tell with the paint loss. He's made of celluloid.
