    He almost looks like a cross between Zorro and a Samurai. This is a small enamel trivet of some sort. It says 'Made in Taiwan. People's Republic of China, which i thought kind of strange.

      I believe this kind of face is Chinese and are used in the Chinese Opera.

      Taiwan is called Republic of China.
      China is called the People's Republic of China.
