      This is a glass tubing cutter for use with boiler sight-glass tubes, etc. The cutting wheel is at the end of the rod with the scale on it and goes inside the tube to the desired depth set on the depth-stop collar. Then you squeeze the handle and twist the tube around to score a break-line and tap it all around the outside before breaking it off.
