      I am sure you read the rules and help screens but may have missed this:

      your photos. After the shoot, be sure to rotate your photos if needed so they appear right-side up. Images shot with a smartphone or tablet sometimes do not Rotate appear properly rotated on our site, so you may want to download photos to your computer first and then rotate them using your computer’s photo-editing software before uploading.

      Yes empire shape, but looks 'new', so a replica.

      I am not sure I would call it a replica based on how it looks in three limited pictures. I have gate leg tables that look new but they were made late 1800's and another early 1900's. I would prefer to have seen a side view of a drawer, a view of the opening the drawer goes into and views of both the back, top and bottom. While you are limited to 4 photo's you can always add another post with 4 more.

      Concur with fhrjr2-- I don't think it looks new.

      A photo of the drawer joint and back would be good to view.
