Watches That Need Keys #4

Post #4 of "Watches that need Keys", is a Illinois "Transitional" Watch, manufactured in 1884.
"Transitional" in that the watch can be wound with a key from the back, but also can be wound by turning the crown.
The setting of the time is by a "lever" (flat bar) located just past the 2:00 position. When the lever is pulled to the out position, the crown can be turned to set the time, when the lever is pushed back in, the crown is engaged to wind the movement if desired, or the key can be used.
