Thiel pocket watch advertising stand from the art deco / 1920s to 30s

I have never seen one of these before and i believe this to be a rare piece?
It still shows the makers paper sticker underneath and an impressed mar at the side and the artist's signature on the lower right
The sütterlin says: "Für den Schüler nimm" and than "Thiel Taschenuhren"
It means: "For students take Thiel Pocket Watches"
There is a hook at the hand of the student to hang a pocket watch on.....
