Style is typical of the 2nd quarter, 20th century. A photo of the drawer interior or back may help to confirm dating.
The punch/ incised decoration on the top is a little unusual.
What did you pay for it?

What particulary on the inside of the drawers? I can't access the back right now. I paid $35 for it.
What you paid was very reasonable. The missing pull is a big issue-- probably won't be able to match, but will have to replace all of them.
