    Pictured here is an antique Wellsworth lighted eye exam box. There are lots of scrolled charts that were used to examine a person's eyes. The box still has the original cord & bulb socket with the charts scrolled inside on two rollers. I have never seen one of these before I found this one at a yard sale.
