I recently purchased a hatchet at a sale and would appreciate your help in identifying the manufacturer, if possible. A couple identifier helps are the initials LC on the head (3 locations) and what looks like a backwards F and 6 on the “underside” of the head.
The head measures 4-5/8” long, the poll 1-7/8”, toe to heel 2-13/16”, beard 5/8” with the head weighing just over 1-lb. There’s also a 3/16” pin through the head and handle.
The overall length is 11”.
