      I saw your post and had to glance over at a set I have in my dresser as a decorative touch.
      Mine are identical to yours except mine are pink and on the bottom the number is “13” where yours is “17”.
      I can also tell you, as the previous commenter said, the value is near zero.
      I bought mine in an Asian import store in the 1980s - if it had cost more than a few dollars, I wouldn’t have bought it...I only did so because I thought it was pretty...I still think so....I used to drink my coffee from the cups.
      The price of a milkshake is about right.
