Opere Origi Ali Con Argento 800 Su Cristallo

This is a piece of Italian wall art measuring 10" by 9" in frame. The piece itself is about 2.5" x 3.5". It is a out 1.5" thick. It is made of some kind of metal. Some of it is colorized. Right hand corner has a stamp. I cannot read Italian and would really appreciate a translation and some information on what this is. I really like it, the price was right so I bought it. I bought two different ones.
