    Unknown item found in my father's things. Measures about 2" high, 1" wide and 3/8" thick. J. M. McCulloughs Sons was a seed dealer around 1900's. No idea as to this item.

    Upadate: I just discovered the top part of this unknown item rotates about the pin. See photo #3. The stem is hollow so perhaps the bottom may have housed a compass or magnifying glass, etc?

      Curious item. I must know what it is. First thought was a keychain but given the era probably doesn't make sense. Then I thought maybe something to secure seed bags with?
