I collectors the plate seems very old I was wondering if someone knew the maker or the date or what it says on the back of the plate thank you very much for your input

its a qianlong mark, you have to rotate , the big trident most be right above ,
but lets take the right picture, rihjt under there is a cobble stone vertically this ought to be horizontal, above the cobble , is a three pronge ( mostle a bad sign by the way)
and the cobble = plus 3 pronge makes it always qianlong
is a good or a bad or an mediocre piece, no its not well the mark seems ferro but is stamped and sloppy ( + three pronge)
is it new or old, its quite new , most gilt rims are quite new and the pointillisme is modern ( see qianlong pointillisme pieces)
the colors of the glazing is rather and pastel like so it cant be early and late republic republick, so it is PROC from 1960 on
don,t worry you gonna get there , i have made mistakes for thousands of euro,s,this is not a mistake by the the way , this is cute
addendum glazing is rather thin, in the republic period the color of the glazing is more dense and the strokes are more frotte , like painting a boat , it looks more like strokes
