My nephew found these tools and sent me a photo asking what they are. I know the two look-a-likes are copper tubing cutters. The scissor looking one I feel like I've seen before but I'm not sure. The section I enlarged at #1 are wheels similar to the tubing cutters and even appears to have the reaming part sticking out. The other end labeled #2 I have guessed about. Anyone know for sure what this tool is?

The second one that is like pliers is in fact a type of pliers. They are tubing clamp pliers mostly used on automotive tubing and hoses. This pair looks like they were made by KD mfg.
