Casper Emerson Jr, American artist/ illustrator ex libris. I can not imagine that this would not be extremely rare. Note "Taurus" at top. At bottom his monogram and dated 1907. Emerson's son Casper Emerson III took the name Hjalmar Amundsen, known as "Cappy", an accomplished artist too. There's a great book about Cappy. Two fascinating men! Both enormously talented.
