I have been trying to find a matching brooch/pendant for at least 10 years with no luck. I would love to know the maker. No signature. It is gold tone but a magnet does not attract it. It is set as if the stones are real but I do not know if they are real blue and white topaz. If anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate the history. Thank you.
What a pretty & unusual piece, reminds me of a pendulum clock design
Hopefully Eileen will see this, she might have the answer, love it !~
My thought could be CORO? reminds me of VanDell,

Thank you for your comments.
Thanks for the confidence Phil...
What I see here is vintage costume.
See how the “diamonds” on the outer semi circle have darkened?
There is definitely foil damage under these rhinestones, and that’s is what is causing this.
We call them “dead” stones when they go black. The blue baguettes ( term for rectangle blue stone) are also foiled. To date this piece is tricky, I am no expert by far, but I’m gonna guess 1930’s-1940’s. I am going by the hinge & clasp. No earlier than 1930’s. Just my two cents, others know more.
No matter, it is an unusual piece, and if you love it, that is what matters!
Oh, and Lori is probably right, it does look like Coro / CoroCraft. ( it’s the blue baguettes)
I agree with Eileen - looks 1940's. Lovely brooch!
