      Yes, it is a US Army Distinctive Unit Insignia (DUI). Usually called a unit crest by soldiers.

      Center is an Air Defense Artillery (ADA) branch insignia, so it would appear to be the 35th ADA.

      I found a 35th ADA BDE in Korea, but the crest is different. Could be an earlier version?
