Matching Colors Glass Ball Waistcoat Buttons - 7/16" - Late 1800's - Stunning pair of buttons - Bought separately around 8 years apart online. The set ups are different and with unique colors. One is a "Normal" set up you see often - The other one in a "Lateral" set up that is less seen. Would love some input on the correct set up terms - 5-6 colors - Long Brass Shanks
I can only imagine it was done to fill orders or just the whim of the glass artisan at the time. You do not see many with the "lateral" set up. The colors in these two buttons are just stunning...
